We enjoyed our Star Festival Party on 7/7! Teacher’s Tanabata skit, games and prizes, we had a lot of fun! 七夕パーティーを楽しみました！先生達の七夕劇やゲームに景品ゲットなど、みんなで楽しい思い出を作りました^_^

It’s been a very hot week! Can’t wait for our first pool day!

Everyone is so excited to meet our summer friends, rhino beetles!

We made sandwiches! The children used their little hands to tear the lettuce, spread the jam, and sandwich ham and cheese! They loved it!! サンドウィッチ作り！みんなで育てたキュウリなどをはさみ、みんな手を動かしとっても美味しく作りました！パクパク、たくさん食べて喜んでこんいたメープルツリーキッズでした^_^

We use our noses to smell! We enjoyed smelling various foods! Salty, sweet, sour, bitter, spicy, yucky! Their reactions were funny 嗅覚実験！様々な食べ物の匂いをかいでみました！

STEAM Lesson! We had fun playing with slimes today!! 今日はサイエンス、五感体験や、スライムに触れて楽しみました！

今日は入園式に向けてお花植えを行いました！
Look! It’s a flower! Isn’t pretty? Today, we’re going to plant a flower! What’s this? It’s a planter. What do we need? First, we need rocks! What do we need next?

みんなそれぞれ土のふやふわの感触や、お花の根っこ、水やりなど、観察をしながら各工程の作業に取り組み、とってもきれいなお花達が並びました（＾＾）
自分で植えたお花、毎日観察し、お水やりをして大切に育てていきましょう！
